Contacts Tab

Contacts

The Contacts tab helps you manage all your customer contact details in one place. From here, you can view, filter, import, export, and organize contacts into lists for better targeting and reporting.

Overview

In the Contacts section, you can:

  • View Active ContactsUnsubscribed, and Bounced Emails

  • Customize visible columns

  • Add filters to narrow down contacts

  • Export contacts

  • Add contacts manually or via CSV

  • Manage Lists

  • Manage Properties

  • View and track previous Imports


Contact Status

At the top of the page, you’ll see three categories:

  • Active Contacts – Contacts who are currently subscribed and can receive communications.

  • Unsubscribed – Contacts who have opted out of communication.

  • Bounced Email – Contacts whose emails failed to deliver.

You can switch between these tabs to quickly view each category.

Customizing Columns

Click on Columns to choose which fields you want visible in the table (e.g., Name, Email, Phone Number, Region, Connection Type, Manager).

This helps you personalize your view based on what information is important to you.


Search & Filters

Use the Search bar to quickly find a specific contact.

Click Add Filters to apply conditions such as:

  • Name contains

  • Email equals

  • Region is

  • Connection Type is

You can apply multiple filters and refine your results easily.


Export Contacts

Click Export to download contacts.

You can export:

  • Selected contacts

  • Active contacts

  • Unsubscribed contacts

  • Bounced emails

This allows you to use contact data outside the platform when required.

Adding Contacts

Add Contacts Manually

Click Add Contacts → Add Manually.

You will see input fields for all available properties such as:

  • Name

  • Email

  • Phone Number

  • Region

  • Connection Type

  • Manager

You can also choose which list the contact should be added to.


After filling in the details:

  • Click Save & Add Another to continue adding

  • Click Save & Exit to finish

Import Contacts via CSV

Click Add Contacts → Import Contacts.

Steps:

  1. Choose Import from a file

  2. Upload a CSV file containing contact details

  3. Start the import process


Once uploaded, the system will process the file and create entries accordingly.

Manage Lists

Under Manage Lists, you can:

  • View all existing lists

  • Create new lists

  • Add contacts to specific lists


Inside each list, you’ll see options to:
  • Import contacts

  • Add contacts manually

  • Add already uploaded contacts to the list

Lists help you organize contacts for targeted communication.

Manage Properties

Under Manage Properties, you can view all contact properties (fields).

Each property includes:

  • Property Name

  • Data Type (Text, Email, Dropdown, Phone Number, etc.)

  • Description

  • Code


Click Add Property to create a new field.
For example, you can create a dropdown property and add multiple options.

This allows you to store custom information like Region, Department, or Customer Type.

Manage Imports

Under Manage Imports, you can:

  • View previous contact imports

  • See import status

  • Check number of entries created

  • View errors (if any)

  • See who performed the import

  • Start a New Import


This helps you track and manage all contact upload activities.
