Sharing Survey Metrics

Sharing survey metrics helps teams easily distribute survey insights, export reports, and share response data with stakeholders. Users can export complete reports in multiple formats, export individual question metrics as an image or CSV, and share reports directly using a public link.

This feature is useful when presenting survey results, sharing performance summaries with teams, or downloading data for further analysis.

Share Report via Link

The Share via Link feature allows users to generate a shareable report link that can be sent to team members or stakeholders for quick access to survey metrics.

How to Access


  1. Go to Report → Survey Metrics
  2. Click the Share icon
  3. Select Share via link
  4. Copy and share the generated report link

Notes
Note* Changes made in the default report will not reflect in this link. Save your changes via “Save as new” before sharing it with your team.

Export Report as CSV, Excel & PDF

This feature allows users to export the complete survey report in multiple formats including CSV, Excel, and PDF for offline access and reporting purposes.

Why It Matters

  1. Keep survey reports for records
  2. Analyze data externally in Excel
  3. Share formatted PDF reports with stakeholders

When to Use It

  • Preparing business reports
  • Downloading survey response summaries
  • Sharing printable survey reports

How to Access


  1. Go to Report → Survey Metrics
  2. Click Export & Import
  3. Select:
    • Export as CSV
    • Export as Excel
    • Export as PDF
  4. The report will download in the selected format.

Export Survey Metrics for a Particular Question as Image or CSV

This feature allows users to export a specific survey question’s metrics either as a CSV file or as an image. It helps users quickly download question-level insights without exporting the entire report.

Why It Matters

  • Quickly share a single question’s result
  • Use charts in presentations or reports
  • Analyze question data separately in spreadsheets

When to Use It

  • Sharing NPS or rating question results
  • Creating presentations with survey charts
  • Downloading question-specific response data

How to Access


  1. Go to Report → Survey Metrics
  2. Navigate to the required survey question
  3. Click the Download icon on the question card
  4. Select Export as CSV or Export as Image
