After creating your survey, your survey is ready to be shared!
The Share page allows you to distribute your survey using different channels based on your audience. Choosing Send Email opens the email campaign setup
1: Go to the Share Section
After building your survey, click on the Share tab from the top navigation. This section lets you choose how you want to distribute your survey to respondents.
2: Open Channels
From the left panel, select Channels. This displays all available sharing options such as Email, WhatsApp, SMS, QR Code, and Embed.
3: Select Send Email
Click on Send Email to share your survey via email. This opens the email campaign setup page where you can configure recipients, templates, scheduling, reminders, and campaign reports.
Note :- Every time you select the Send Email option, a new email campaign is created. To access your previously sent email campaigns, navigate to the Sent Campaigns section from the left sidebar.You can * import contacts or select from contact lists you might have created. If you have not added a list or a contact yet click on create a new contact or contact list.
Select Email Template :
This option allows you to choose an existing email template for your survey campaign. You can select from saved templates in Dropdown option OR Create New TemplateYou can reuse an existing email layout or content to save time and maintain consistency across campaigns.

The language selector lets you choose the primary language for your email template. All subject lines and email content entered will be saved under the selected language.Add Translation :


The same survey is sent after different events or campaigns.
If Campaign Type = Store Visit, mention in-store experience
If Campaign Type = Online Purchase, reference online experience
Respondents feel the survey is relevant to their recent interaction.

Test your email template before sending it to your contacts by clicking on Test Email
Note: You can add contact properties in the People Tab.Customize the survey link expiration date: Choose a custom date from the drop-down menu. Select the date and time for the survey expiration. The link for your survey will not work after this date and time.

The Campaign Report feature allows you to automatically send survey response reports to selected recipients via email. These reports help track survey performance by sharing details about respondents and non-respondents without manually exporting data.
