Setting Goals for Your Dashboard
Overview
Goals help you track target performance for key survey metrics directly within your dashboard. You can set target values for questions such as NPS, CSAT, CES, or other supported metrics, and compare your current results against the desired target. Once a goal is created, it is displayed on relevant dashboard widgets, making it easy to monitor progress at a glance.

Before You Begin
-
Ensure the survey you want to track already exists.

Goals can only be created for supported survey questions and metrics.

Once a goal is created for a survey question, it becomes available across all dashboards that use that survey.
Using Dashboard Goals
How to Set a Goal

Open the Dashboards module.

Open the dashboard where you want to monitor your survey metrics.

Click Settings in the top-right corner.

Select Goals from the left panel.

Click Set New Goal.

- Select the Survey.

Select the Question you want to track.

Choose the Metric/Choice (for example, NPS Score, Top Box, or Top 2 Box, depending on the selected question).

Enter the Target Value you want to achieve.

(Optional) Click Set Another to add additional survey questions to the same goal.

Click Save.
The goal is created and becomes available across dashboards that contain the selected survey.
After a goal is created:
-
Dashboard widgets associated with the selected survey question automatically display the configured goal.

The widget shows both the target value and the current value.

You can easily compare actual performance against the target to understand whether the goal has been achieved or how much improvement is still required.
Managing Goals
From the Goals page, you can:

Search for existing goals.
-
View the survey and question associated with each goal.

Edit a goal.
-
Delete a goal when it is no longer required.
Important Notes
-
Goals are configured from Dashboard Settings.
-
A goal is linked to a specific survey question and metric.
-
The same goal is visible across all dashboards that use the selected survey question.

Updating a goal automatically updates all dashboard widgets where that goal is displayed.
