How to rotate Sections within a Survey

This feature will help you to rotate sections within a survey to prevent user bias.

In case you want to run a concept test and are wondering why the first concept is receiving more responses, then it might be because of the Serial-position effect bias. To prevent this from happening follow the steps below to rotate sections within a survey:

  1. Go to Survey Settings inside the Build section.

  1. Toggle ON the Section Rotation option.

  1. Select whichever sections you want to rotate and then Publish.

Now, whenever a respondent fills a survey, the sections will be rotated and hence there will be no Serial-position effect bias.
