SurveySensum allows users to schedule and send reminder emails to respondents who have not completed the survey. These reminders help improve response rates by automatically targeting people who either have not responded at all or have partially completed the survey.
Instead of manually identifying and contacting respondents, the platform automatically tracks survey participation and enables reminder scheduling directly from existing email campaigns.
Reminder emails can be customized before sending and scheduled according to your preferred timing.
When to use it:
Use reminder emails when you want to increase survey participation and encourage respondents to complete pending surveys.

View the list of previously sent campaigns
Reminder scheduling is only available for campaigns that contain Partial Responders or Non Responders.The Schedule Reminder option appears only for email campaigns where respondents have not fully completed the survey.
Respondent categories include:
Non Responders — Recipients who did not open or respond to the survey
Partial Responders — Recipients who answered some questions but did not complete the survey
The system automatically identifies these respondents, so users do not need to create separate contact lists manually.
Reminder emails are supported only for surveys shared through Email campaigns.To schedule a reminder:
Locate the required email campaign
Click Schedule Reminder
This opens the Reminder Scheduling panel where reminder recipients, timing, and email content can be configured.
Inside the scheduler, users can select who should receive the reminder email.
Available options include:
Both
Non Responders
Partial Responders
Users can select the preferred audience depending on the campaign objective.
For example:
Use Non Responders to encourage initial participation
Use Partial Responders to encourage survey completion
Use Both to maximize overall response collection
Users can configure when reminder emails should be sent.
Available scheduling options include:
Send after a selected number of days
Select a preferred time
Add multiple reminders if required
This helps automate follow-ups without manually sending emails repeatedly.

The email editor supports formatting options such as:

Once configuration is complete:
Review the reminder settings
Click Schedule Reminder to finalize the setup
The reminder is now scheduled and will automatically be sent according to the configured timing.
Scheduled reminders help teams automate follow-up communication and improve survey completion rates efficiently.
After reminders are sent, campaign metrics automatically update within the Email Campaign summary.
