Quick Start Guide: Launch Your First Survey in 10 Minutes

Get started quickly by creating, sharing, and analyzing your first survey in just a few simple steps.

What You’ll Do

In this guide, you will:

  • Create a survey
  • Customize questions
  • Share it with respondents
  • View responses and insights

Step 1: Log In to Your Account

Log in to your account to access the platform.


Once logged in, you will land on the All Surveys page where you can view and manage all your surveys.

Step 2: Create a New Survey

  • Click on Create Survey 
  • Choose how you want to start:
    • Create with AI
    • Start from scratch
    • Use a pre-built template

Step 3: Choose a Template

  • Select a template based on your use case
  • Example: Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSAT)
  • Templates come with pre-built questions to help you get started faster

Step 4: Name Your Survey

  • Enter a Survey Name
  • Select your Survey Language
  • Click Create to proceed

Step 5: Build Your Survey

You will now enter the Survey Builder, where you can customize your survey.

Available options:
  • Edit existing questions
  • Add new questions
  • Apply logic 
  • Customize appearance
  • Configure survey settings


Once done, click Next: Share Survey

Step 6: Share Your Survey (Collect Responses)

Choose how you want to distribute your survey:

Available options:
  • Share via Link
  • Send via Email campaigns
  • Share through WhatsApp / SMS
  • Generate a QR Code
  • Embed on your website or app

Tip: Start with the shareable link for quick distribution.

Step 7: View Reports & Analyze Responses

After collecting responses:

  • Navigate to the Report section
  • Track key metrics such as:
    • CSAT score
    • Total responses
    • Response trends
  • View individual responses and comments


You’re Done!

You’ve successfully:

  • Created your first survey
  • Shared it with respondents
  • Started analyzing results

What’s Next?

  • Apply filters and create custom reports
  • Set up dashboards for stakeholders
  • Use Text Analytics (TA) for open-ended responses
  • Enable closed-loop actions to follow up with respondents
