The Admin role is responsible for managing the overall Offline Field Work structure. Admins create and manage Manager accounts, grant account access, and control which accounts Managers can access within the Offline Field Work ecosystem.
Admins work through the Offline Field Work web portal and act as the highest level of access within the hierarchy.
When to use it:
Use the Admin role to set up and manage field operations, onboard Managers, and control account-level access for survey assignments.
Assign Managers only to the accounts they need access to in order to maintain a secure and organized survey management structure.Create and manage Manager accounts

Monitor Manager access and status
Open the required survey.
Navigate to the Share tab.
Click Offline Field Work.
The Offline Field Work portal will open.
Admins can log in using:
Email Address
Password
After successful login, the Admin Dashboard is displayed.
The Admin Dashboard provides visibility into all Managers created within the system.
The dashboard includes:
Manager List
Manager Details
Active/Inactive Status
Search Functionality
Available actions include:
Create New Manager
Create Multiple Managers
Activate or Deactivate Managers
Search Managers
Admins can create Manager accounts individually.
To create a Manager:
Click Create New Manager.
Enter the required details:
Name
Phone Number
Password
Confirm Password
Select the accounts the Manager should have access to.
Click Create User.
While creating a Manager, the Admin assigns account access.
This ensures:
Managers can only access assigned accounts.
Managers can only assign surveys from those accounts.
Survey access remains controlled and secure.
Managers cannot access or assign surveys from accounts that have not been granted by the Admin.Admins can onboard multiple Managers at once using an Excel file.
Click Create Multiple Managers.
Download the sample Excel template.
Enter Manager details in the template.
Upload the completed file.
Click Upload and Create Users.
The sample template includes:
Name
Phone
Role
Password
The uploaded file must follow the provided template format for successful user creation.Admins can manage whether Managers are allowed to access the platform.
Available actions include:
Activate Manager
Deactivate Manager
Inactive Managers cannot log in to the Offline Field Work portal until they are reactivated.
Admins only manage Manager accounts.
Admins do not assign surveys directly to Agents.
Managers can only access accounts assigned by the Admin.
Bulk uploads require the provided Excel template format.
Grant only the required account access to each Manager.
Use bulk upload when onboarding large teams.
Review inactive Managers regularly.
Share credentials securely.
Verify Manager access before field deployment.
Periodically review Manager access to ensure users only have access to accounts relevant to their responsibilities.
