The Logic feature makes your surveys smarter by showing respondents only the questions that are relevant to them. Instead of displaying every question to everyone, logic dynamically adapts the survey flow based on responses. This helps reduce survey length, personalize the experience, and improve the overall quality of responses.
You can apply logic directly from the Survey Builder by hovering over a question or section, clicking the Logic icon, and selecting the type of logic you want to apply.
Display Logic allows you to show or hide questions based on specific conditions. This ensures that only relevant questions are shown to each respondent, improving clarity and reducing unnecessary steps.
Jump Logic lets you redirect respondents to another question or screen based on their answer. This is useful for skipping sections or ending the survey early for certain responses, making the survey flow more efficient.
Carry Forward Logic reuses answers from a previous question in a later one. Instead of showing all options again, only the selected responses are carried forward, making the survey more personalized and reducing repetition.
Looping Logic allows you to repeat a set of questions based on previous answers. It can loop through selected options (e.g., products, brands) or even a numeric value, enabling structured feedback collection without duplicating questions manually.
Logic is applied based on respondent inputs in real-time. As users answer questions, the survey dynamically updates by showing, hiding, or redirecting them according to defined conditions. This ensures a smooth and relevant survey experience for every respondent.
You can easily edit or remove logic by selecting the question or section, opening the Logic settings, and using the available edit or delete options in the survey builder.
