Forgot your SurveySensum password? No worries! You can easily reset it using the Forgot password? option on the login page.

Steps to Reset Your Password

1. Go to the SurveySensum Login page.
2. Click Forgot password? below the password field.
3. You’ll be redirected to the Forgot your password? page.
   
   
4. Enter the email address associated with your SurveySensum account.
5. Click Send instructions.
6. Check your inbox for an email from SurveySensum with instructions to reset your password.
7. Open the email and click Reset my password.
8. You’ll be redirected to the password reset page.
   
   
9. Enter your New Password and then Confirm New Password.
10. Click Reset Password.
11. Once your password is successfully reset, return to the login page and sign in using your new password.

Didn't receive the password reset email?

• Check your Spam/Junk folder—the email may have been filtered there.
• Make sure you entered the correct email address associated with your account.
• If the email still doesn't arrive, use the Resend email with instructions option on the confirmation page to send the instructions again.

Security Tip: Never share your password or password-reset email with anyone. If you did not request a password reset, you can safely ignore the email.
