How to Resend a User Invitation?

If a user has not received their invitation or verification email, you can resend the invitation directly from User Management.

How to Resend an Invitation

1. Go to Settings from the main navigation.
2. Select User Management from the left-side menu.
3. Find the user whose invitation needs to be resent.
4. If the user's status is Pending, click Retry next to the status.
   
   
5. The invitation will be resent to the user's registered email address.
6. The user will receive a new verification email and can use it to complete their account setup.

The Retry option is available for users whose invitation is still pending or has not yet been verified.
