How to Download Campaign History ?

Overview

Campaign History provides a downloadable record of all activities associated with a survey campaign. It helps you review campaign details, maintain audit records, and analyze campaign performance offline. You can download the history for any campaign type, including Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and Multi Channel campaigns.

How to Download Campaign History

  1. Open the required survey and navigate to the Share tab.
  2. Select the campaign channel you want to view, such as Multiple Channel, Email, WhatsApp, SMS.
  3. Locate the campaign whose history you want to download from the list of available campaigns.
  4. Click the three-dot (⋮) menu on the right side of the campaign card.
  5. Select Download History from the available options.
  6. The system will generate and download the campaign history file to your device.


The downloaded file contains the activity history for the selected campaign, allowing you to review campaign events and maintain records whenever required.
