How to Customize Ticket Table Columns & Export Tickets with Custom Columns?

The Tickets module allows you to customize the columns displayed in the ticket table and export ticket data with either the default fields or a customized selection of fields. This helps you view and export only the information relevant to your workflow.

How to customize Ticket Table columns

  1. Go to the Tickets module.
  2. On the top-right of the Tickets page, click Columns.
  3. A column selection menu will open with fields grouped into:
    • Ticket Fields – fields related to the ticket, such as Ticket ID, Customer, Agent, Priority, Status, Description, Due In, and Ticket Tags.
    • Contact Fields – fields related to the contact, such as Name, Email, Phone Number, Region, Connection Type, Manager, Brand, and other available contact properties.

  4. Select the checkbox next to the fields you want to display in the ticket table.
  5. Deselect the checkbox for any fields you no longer want to display.
  6. Click Apply.

The Ticket table will be updated to display the selected columns.

How to export Tickets with custom columns

  1. On the Tickets page, click Export in the top-right corner.
  2. The export menu will display two options:
    • Default Export – exports the tickets using the default set of fields.
    • Customized Export with Selected Fields – allows you to choose which fields should be included in the exported file.
  3. Select Customized Export with Selected Fields.
  4. Choose the fields you want to include in the export from the available categories:
    • Ticket Fields
    • Contact Fields
    • Metadata
    • Surveys
  5. Select the required fields using the checkboxes.
  6. Once you have selected the required fields, click Export.


The tickets will be exported with the selected fields, allowing you to create an export containing only the ticket and contact information you need.
