How do I search for responses linked to a specific tag?

How do I search for responses linked to a specific tag?

You can search for responses you've already tagged by following the either of the options:

Option 1

  1. Go to the Tag Analysis Tab in Text Analytics Menu bar.

  2. Type the name of the tag whose linked responses you are looking for in the search bar in the top left corner. ( in the screenshot, we selected the tag 'Rooms' for reference).

  3. All the responses tagged with 'Rooms' will appear in the right.

Option 2

  1. Go to the Tag Analysis Tab in Text Analytics Menu bar.

  2. Select the tag by clicking on the checkbox in front of the tag name. (in the screenshot, we selected the tag 'Rooms' for reference)

  3. All the responses tagged with 'Rooms' will appear in the right.

In the below screenshot, you will see that 78 responses has been tagged with 'Rooms'. This represents 54.2% of the total responses and the NPS score for this tag is 53.8.
