How do I manage and edit my tags?
Learn how to manage and edit your existing tags
Once you’ve logged into your dashboard, select the survey in which text analytics is active. Click on Text Analytics in the top menu and navigate to Train Comments tab.
To edit an existing tag, click on three dots “...” to the right of the tag under the “Manage Tag” tab.
Once clicked on "...", you can see two options i.e. Rename Tag and Delete Tag. Click on Rename tag for changing the name of tag while click on Delete Tag for deleting the tag.
Note: If you rename any existing tag, then all the responses tagged with the earlier name will shows the new tag name. For Ex: If earlier name of Tag is Cost and you renamed it to Costing, then in all tagged responses for that specific tag, Costing is shown.
If you delete any tag, then responses associated with deleted tag need to be trained again.
