SurveySensum lets you manage all your active and past survey campaigns from a single location. You can quickly turn campaigns on or off, as well as clone, view, edit, delete, or download campaign details whenever needed.

To close a survey campaign

1. Open the survey whose campaign you want to manage.
2. Navigate to the Share tab.
   
3. Scroll down to the All Share Summary section.
   
   
4. Locate the campaign you want to close.
5. Use the Status toggle next to the campaign to switch it Off.

Once disabled, the campaign will stop accepting new responses through that distribution channel until it is turned back On.

Manage existing campaigns

The All Share Summary lists every campaign created for the survey, along with useful information such as:

• Distribution channel (Email, SMS, WhatsApp, QR Code, Web URL, etc.)
• Campaign status (On/Off)
• Send date
• Response count

From the Action column, you can also perform additional operations on any campaign:

• Clone the campaign to quickly create a copy with the same configuration.
• View campaign details.
• Edit the campaign settings.
• Delete the campaign if it is no longer required.
• Download the campaign details.

Tips

• Turning a campaign Off temporarily pauses it without deleting its configuration.
• You can re-enable a campaign at any time by switching the toggle back On.
• The All Share Summary serves as a central dashboard for monitoring and managing every campaign associated with your survey.
