Extending Campaign Link Expiry

Overview

The Extend Link Expiry feature allows you to increase the validity of your survey link, even after a campaign has been sent.

This helps you continue collecting responses without creating a new campaign, especially if your survey has expired or needs more time.

Key Use Cases

  • Extend a survey that has expired
  • Give respondents more time to complete the survey
  • Avoid creating a new campaign for the same survey
  • Continue collecting responses from existing recipients

You can extend the expiry of a campaign from the campaign page.


How to Extend Expiry

  1. Open your campaign
  2. Click Extend Link Expiry
  3. Select a duration or choose a custom date
  4. Click Update Expiry Date

Expiry Options

You can choose from the following options:

  • 14 days
  • 30 days
  • 60 days
  • 90 days
  • Custom date

Before You Update

When you open the expiry window:

  • If the campaign is still active:
    • You will see the current expiry date and remaining days
  • If the campaign has expired:
    • You will see the expired date

After Extending Expiry

Once you update the expiry:

  • The survey link becomes active for the selected duration
  • You can continue collecting responses using the same campaign
  • No changes are made to existing responses or previously sent emails
