Download Campaign History

1. Overview

Download Campaign History allows users to export the campaign activity and details for tracking and analysis purposes.
What you can do:
  • Download campaign history records
  • Review campaign activity offline
  • Maintain campaign reports for future reference

2. Steps to Download Campaign History


  1. Navigate to Share Tab from top Navigation .
  2. Select the channel (Email) under Sent Campaigns.
  3. Locate the campaign for which you want to download the history.
  4. Click the three-dot menu available on the campaign card.
  5. Select Download History.
