Overview
The Campaign Management feature allows you to update your campaigns even after they have been sent. You can add more recipients, extend the survey link expiry, and track performance across different views.
This helps you reach more respondents, keep your survey active for longer, and analyze results more effectively.

Adding More Recipients
You can send your survey to additional contacts even after the campaign has been sent.
How to Add Recipients

Click Add Recipients on your campaign page which will be visible after you have sent a campaign

Select contacts from your list or import via CSV

Click Send Campaign
Before Sending
Based on the contact list that the user has selected, if any contacts are present in the list that have been sent before then these options will be visible to choose from :-

Delivered earlier contacts
-
Duplicate contacts
-
Bounced contacts

You can choose which contacts to include before sending.
Viewing Campaign Stats
You can track how your campaign is performing using detailed statistics.
How to View Detailed Stats

Open your campaign

Click View Detailed Stat
What You’ll See

Total sent
-
Responses received
-
Click and open rates
-
Delivery details (bounced, unsubscribed, etc.)
If you’ve added more recipients later, stats will include all sends.
Understanding Sent Counts
You can view your campaign data in two ways:

Overall Sent – Includes all sends
-
Unique Sent – Counts only unique recipients
Switch between these options to better understand your actual reach.
Multi-Channel Campaigns
If your campaign is sent via multiple channels (Email, WhatsApp, SMS):

You can view performance for each channel

Expand stats to see channel-wise details by clicking on view detailed stat
Reports (Survey Metrics)
Your campaign data is also reflected in the Reports section.
