Reviewing the responses of your consumers is important for the growth of any business. View the comments page under the NPS dashboard.

The net promoter score divides respondents into three categories: Promoters, Passives, Detractors.

The overall comments tab shows the percentage of each category based on the comments/ responses given by the respondent.

Below the tab, you can view the comments of your respondents to a particular question in your survey.

Select a question whose comments you would like to view from the drop-down menu below the filter bar. The top comments of that particular question are displayed.

Note: The comments of only filtered respondents can be viewed by applying using the filter bar mentioned above.


Filters are often used to analyze specific data for a specific purpose.

For example, you created a survey to measure customer satisfaction. You want to know the comments of customers of a particular age, from a particular department or the promoters. You need to use the Filter bar for this feature.
